Flights may be cancelled up to seven days in advance with a full refund. Flights cancelled within seven days including those scheduled in that time will not be refunded. Flights cancelled due to weather will receive a full refund. No-shows will be charged in full and with no flight credit.

We will do our best to get you on the first flight available. If we are fully booked for the day and are unable to accommodate your flight, it will be treated as a no-show. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your flight. This will allow ample time for your preflight briefing.

We closely monitor the weather for unsafe flight conditions. If flights are canceled your money will be refunded or you will have the opportunity to reschedule.
We do seat walk-up clients on a first come first serve basis but we do regularly book out so we recommend reserving your seat as soon as possible.
