Flights may be cancelled up to seven days in advance with a full refund. Flights cancelled within seven days including those scheduled in that time will not be refunded. Flights cancelled due to weather will receive a full refund. No-shows will be charged in full and with no flight credit.

Yes, no single passenger can exceed 290 lbs, and the total combined passenger weight cannot exceed 600 lbs. We reserve the right to weigh all passengers to determine a safe weight and balance for the aircraft. These restrictions are subject to change based on weather conditions.
